Partypoker has brought back its racing-themed tournament series, kicking off today.
The Grand Prix, which represents the virtual edition of the operator’s popular LIVE Grand Prix tour, returns for its Spring edition with events running daily from March 16 and spanning over two weeks.
The series, which was last seen in October for its Autumn edition, boasts 12 numbered events, with affordable buy-ins ranging between $1.10 and $55. The series also comprises dozens of side events, piggybacking from the operator’s weekly tournament schedule with buy-ins from $0.55 to $109.
With low buy-ins, the guarantees are down significantly from the Autumn edition. Still, it promises over $450,000 for the 12 numbered events, and with the side events it takes the total series guarantee to $3 million.The Autumn edition was more ambitious: $2 million guaranteed over 11 numbered events including a $500,000 guaranteed Main Event.
