An official with the Delaware Lottery said it is currently in discussions with 888 Holdings over its exclusive contract to provide online poker and casino gaming through three racinos in the state.

The official declined to say when the contract with 888 officially ends, or if the Lottery had sent out a request for proposal (RFP) announcing the contract was up for bids.

Representatives for 888 also did not return messages seeking comment or to confirm that discussions with the Lottery were taking place.
